David writes: "Just a short note to relay the effectiveness of the magnetic calendars. I believe our mailing (2,000) was first received  this past weekend. On Monday, we received a call thanking us for the Sandman Calendar, with a request to please provide us with estimate of valuation of their oceanfront penthouse as they are considering selling it ($750k). This will be our fourth year of providing calendars to our area. We now receive requests for the calendar. I anticipate we will receive eight to 10 listings from our mail-out over the year. From experience, we know that not all calendars are the same quality; yours are the best. For the money, this is the most effective marketing tool we use."
