Hopefully by now, you've had a chance to browse our 2016 calendar collection. For us, creating this lineup was a labor of love, a dedicated effort to bring you — our awesome customers — the very best in the business. The saying goes something like this: The quickest way to your clients' hearts is through their stomachs. Right? That's why we're bringing you mouthwatering recipes from three sources. Each calendar is filled with vibrant, beautifully styled photos, and every page doubles as a tear-off recipe card. It's like your clients are getting a calendar and a cookbook all in one! Here's a look at what you can expect from each one: 1. Shenandoah Growers (Jumbo) Located in beautiful Harrisonburg, Va. (less than two hours from Magnets USA), Shenandoah Growers offers recipes rooted in fresh herbs. With dishes like Herb Roasted Beef and Shrimp Cocktail with Dill Aioli, this calendar will inspire your clients to live a more healthy, farm-to-table life.
Whichever recipe calendar you choose, you're giving your clients a gift that inspires new experiences, traditions and meaningful time with their families. What could be better?
With Father's Day comes the age-old question, "What do I give the man who's got it all?" Hint: Not another tie. Look no further than LifeLong Cutlery. We've got the gift for every type of dad. The Refined Dad Give him the LifeLong Cutlery Cheese Knife Like fine wine, your dad only gets better with time. You two go together like Merlot and Gouda. Brie and chardonnay. He carries himself with class and dignity, and has instilled those same qualities in you. This Father's Day, give him a gift he'll show off to friends at every dinner party for years to come — all while thinking of you, the kid who really gets him. Pair our LifeLong Cutlery Cheese Knife with his favorite white or red blend. Engrave the handle with his name or initials to make it even more special. The Every-Dad Dad Give him the LifeLong Cutlery Pocket Knife He's the dad who fixed broken toys and leaky faucets — and probably a broken heart from time to time. Without fail, he'd slip you some cash whenever he dropped you off at college. He tells all the same stories, but you listen closer as the years go on. This year, give him a gift as special and reliable as he is. He'll never go anywhere without this rosewood pocket knife. Engrave the handle with his name, a special date or an inside joke — we know you two have tons of those. The Gourmet Give him the LifeLong Cutlery Chef Knife He's the dad who changed the meaning of "home-cooked meal." While other dads experimented with power tools and gadgets, yours was in the kitchen testing out complicated recipes. Through strange sauces and unlikely pairings, he taught you the importance of trying new things and never being afraid of the unknown. What better way to show your appreciation for his culinary suaveness than with a LifeLong Cutlery Chef Knife? The Chef Knife is the workhorse for practically all food preparation and kitchen tasks. The Griller Give him the LifeLong Cutlery Fillet Knife No, not the dad who barraged you with questions when you came home past curfew. We're talking about the King of Charcoal. The Master of Marinades. Over the years, he's perfected the art of grilling steaks, burgers and fish. Make this year special by giving him something that complements that passion. The fillet knife from LifeLong Cutlery is ideal for skinning and de-boning fish and poultry.
Huddle up! We've got the full scoop on our 2015 football schedule lineup. 1. WHAT is new this year? When we say our lineup is better than ever, we mean it. For months, we've rooted on our graphic designers and watched them create designs so bright and crisp, you'll feel like you're hanging out on the 50-yard line. From easy-to-read blocks to exclusive die-cut shapes, our schedules are a true touchdown. We're also excited to offer our first full-color, peel-and-seal football envelope, ensuring that your schedules catch the attention they deserve. 2. WHY order? Football schedules cater to a supportive and appreciative audience, creating a sense of community. Plus, they're the perfect excuse to interact with potential clients face-to-face. 3. WHO can you target? With more than 111 million Americans following professional football, a schedule is the best — and most fun — way to go. And with space on some schedules for up to six teams, you can make a whole lot of fans happy. 4. WHERE should you distribute them? If your football schedules feature local teams, give a stack to coaches and teachers, or pass them out at games yourself. It's also smart to leave some at restaurants, popular hangouts, grocery stores, sports bars and local sporting goods stores. No time for legwork? We can mail them for you, hassle-free. 5. WHEN should you order? Now! Receive half-priced shipping through May 15. Click here to get started. We know how hard our customers work, so we created a business card that works hard, too. What's more disappointing than dedicating time and money to something, just to have it tossed or not given a second look? That question is the driving force behind our newest product — Plastic Wallet Cards. They're professional. They're writable. They're more durable than the Craftsman that just went on the market, and they'll stand out more than that 1865 Victorian down the street. When it's time to order more business cards, we hope you'll give these a try. Here's why agents are loving Plastic Wallet Cards:
Like all great things of the past, our Meet the Team series is making a comeback. Last week, we welcomed Margaret and Autumne. Day after day, these two awesome people have been working hard to learn the ropes. It's a lot to learn, we know, but you'll be pros in no time! Margaret Ostendorf What’s one of your proudest accomplishments? Becoming a mother. Never once did I think something out of my selfish lifestyle could make such a huge impact on me. It changed everything for the better, even on those “bad” days. My son has shown me so much more in his short little life than I could have ever imagined. Seeing and caring for him has made me open my eyes and realize that it’s no longer just about me. What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? I completely believe that everything happens for a reason. When I met my soon-to-be father-in-law (after the cordial hellos), he stated without hesitation that once you find someone you'd give up everything for — including dying for them — you know you’ve found true love. That's stuck in my mind for over seven years. What are your favorite things to do around Roanoke? I’ve been in the area all my life, and I love being here. I love that most of my family is within an hour's drive of me. I love that all of our friends are just a phone call away, and if we want to walk downtown or hit up a few festivals, we always have something going on. If you could give one piece of advice to a large group of people, what would it be? Coolness fades. Looks fade. Be who you are at this very moment — and love it. Things change quickly, and you never really know what tomorrow will have in store for you. Autumne Smith What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? Everything is temporary. You will not always be fighting with someone you love. You will not always be in a place you loathe. It’s all temporary. Eventually, you'll move up and move out. You’re growing up, not down. What's one of your biggest passions? Being vegan. There are so many great benefits: It's a clean and healthy diet. It makes you more aware of environmental issues and how to better them. It saves animals' lives. What are your favorite things to do around Roanoke? I'm from Lynchburg, and just recently moved here. But my favorite things to do around town are visiting all the beautiful hikes and trails, like Dragon’s Tooth, or to going up to Rainbow Tower to see the mountain ranges. What’s the greatest adventure you’ve ever been on? Last summer, my best friend took me on a three-day trip through D.C., Maryland, Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York for my birthday. I got to experience many places for the first time and fell in love with each city. |
